Homemade Oat Milk
A plant-based milk made from rolled oats, lightly sweetened with maple syrup. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra blends the oats without electricity, and the metal filter of the Cold Brew Carafe strains the pulp, so the milk is made and stored in the same carafe.

Method
Fit the blade in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra and add the oats, maple syrup, salt and 2 cups (480 ml) of the water. Close and pull the cord steadily for 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into the metal filter of the Tupperware Cold Brew Carafe, making sure all the oat pulp stays in the filter.
Pour the remaining 3 cups (720 ml) of water through the filter and press the pulp with the flat end of the Kitchen Tool to extract as much liquid as possible. Lift out the filter and discard the pulp, or keep it for baking.
Stir the milk well, close the carafe and refrigerate. Use it on cereal, in baking or in coffee.
