Method
Grind the freeze-dried berries in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact to a fine powder, about 6 or 7 pulls. Add the powdered sugar and pull a few more times to blend.
Pour the kernels, and nothing else, into the Tupperware WOW Popcorn Maker. Fit the lid in the open position, with the vented side lined up over the holes in the base, so steam can escape.
Microwave at full power (1000 W maximum) for about 3 minutes, staying close by. Stop as soon as the popping slows to roughly one pop every 2 seconds; depending on your oven this may take a little more or less than 3 minutes.
Keeping the lid in the open position, turn the popcorn maker over and shake so the unpopped kernels fall out through the holes in the base.
Add the butter to the hot popcorn at once, turn the lid to the closed position and shake gently for about 30 seconds until melted. If it has not fully melted, microwave for 10 to 20 seconds at 50% power (500 W) and shake again.
Add half the berry powder and shake for a few seconds, then add the rest and shake briefly again.
