Savoury Black Olive Tuiles

Wafer-thin savoury crisps flecked with black olive, to serve with drinks. The whole batter is made in the TurboTup: the olives are chopped and mixed with the egg white, flour and oil in a few pulls of the cord.

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. Put the egg white, flour, olives, olive oil and salt, in that order, into the Tupperware TurboTup and pull the cord until the olives are finely chopped and the batter is smooth.

  3. Lay a sheet of baking paper on the cold oven rack and drop 12 small spoonfuls of batter onto it. Spread each one very thinly with the back of a spoon, then bake for about 13 minutes, until golden and crisp.
