Method

  1. Trim the rind from the top, bottom and sides of the brie with the Tupperware Universal Series Serrated Knife and discard it.

  2. Put the cheese in the base of the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef with the lemon juice and salt.

  3. Close and turn the handle on gear II until the brie is smooth and creamy.

  4. Spoon into a serving dish, add your toppings and serve with crackers.
