1/4 cup (60 ml) instant coffee granules
4 tbsp (50 g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) warm water
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) whole milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Method

Put the instant coffee, sugar and warm water in the base of the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef. Turn the handle on gear I for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is creamy and has doubled in volume.
Mix the milk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 500 ml. Cover and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 30 seconds, then stir well.
Fill Tupperware Clearly Elegant Tumblers with ice and add a spoonful of whipped coffee to each. Pour in 1/2 cup (120 ml) of the pumpkin milk, stir and serve.
