Method

Melt the butter in the Tupperware Universal Fry Pan over medium heat. Cook the patty to your liking, turning it once, then lift it onto a plate.
Lay the tortilla flat. Stack in the centre one slice of cheese, the patty, the second slice of cheese, the sauce and the tostada.
Fold the edge of the tortilla up over the tostada in overlapping pleats until the filling is fully enclosed.
Put the wrap in the pan, folded side down, and toast over medium heat until golden, then turn and toast the other side. Serve warm.
