Cauliflower Crust Pizza

A pizza whose base is mostly vegetable: shredded cauliflower bound with egg, flour and a little panko, baked until firm and golden before the toppings go on. The shallow cover of the Ultra Pro lasagna pan works as a baking tray, so the crust is pressed out and baked in the same piece.
