Method

  1. Fit the fine disc to the Tupperware Fusion Master Mincer and mince the meat and pancetta into a medium bowl.

  2. Heat the oil in the Tupperware Universal 4 l stockpot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and minced meat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the meat has browned.

  3. Stir in the oregano, thyme, tomato paste, passata and stock cube, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until reduced.

  4. Meanwhile, put the spaghetti in the Tupperware Microwave Pasta Maker, add water up to the matching mark and microwave for 15 minutes at 1000 W. Leave to stand for 4 minutes, drain and stir in a ladle of the sauce so the strands stay separate.

  5. Divide the pasta between plates, spoon over the sauce and finish with Parmesan and fresh parsley or basil.
