Method

  1. Grate the chocolate and keep it aside. In a small bowl, mix the coconut, nuts and powdered sugar.

  2. Pour the kernels, with nothing else, into the Tupperware WOW Pop Popcorn Maker. Set the cover to the open position by lining up its vented side with the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave for about 3 minutes at full power (1,000 W maximum), staying close. Stop as soon as the pops slow to roughly one every 2 seconds; your oven may need a little more or less time.

  4. Keeping the cover open, shake the unpopped kernels out through the holes.

  5. Add the grated chocolate straight away, turn the cover to the closed position and shake gently for about 30 seconds. Add the nut and coconut mixture and shake again.

  6. Spread the popcorn on a Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet to set. If the room is warmer than 73-77 °F (23-25 °C), chill it for 15 minutes so the chocolate firms up, then pile it into a bowl.
