Coconut Almond Chocolate Clusters

Method

  1. Put 3/4 cup (60 g) coconut in the Tupperware Stack Cooker 750 ml casserole, cover and microwave in 30-second bursts at full power (1000 W) for 2 to 4 minutes in total, stirring with a spatula after each burst. Stop as soon as the coconut starts to turn golden and set it aside.

  2. Put the chocolate chips in the Stack Cooker 1.75 l casserole and microwave for 90 seconds at 1000 W, then stir until evenly melted.

  3. Stir the almonds and the remaining untoasted coconut into the chocolate until well coated.

  4. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with the Tupperware Silicone Wonder Mat and flatten them slightly. Sprinkle each cluster with toasted coconut and freeze for 5 minutes to set.

  5. Keep in a sealed Tupperware container until ready to serve.
