Method

  1. Chill the chocolate and the grater for 15 minutes so the chocolate does not soften as you work. Grate the biscuits into a small bowl, then grate the chocolate into a second bowl.

  2. Put the kernels, and nothing else, in the Tupperware WOW Pop Popcorn Maker and set the cover to the open position, vented side over the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave for about 3 minutes at full power (1,000 W maximum), listening closely. Stop when there are about 2 seconds between pops; adjust the time to your oven.

  4. Leave the cover open and shake out the unpopped kernels right away.

  5. Tip in the grated chocolate, close the cover and shake gently for about 30 seconds. Add the speculoos crumbs and shake once more.

  6. Spread the popcorn on a Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet and let it cool until the chocolate sets, or eat it warm if you prefer.
