Method

  1. Put the water, milk and eggs called for on the box in the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef and turn the handle in gear I until blended. Add the dry mix in two batches, switch to gear II and turn until the batter is smooth.

  2. Pour the batter into the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker 3 l casserole fitted with its cone and level the top.

  3. Microwave uncovered for 6 minutes at 70% power (about 700 W in a 1000 W oven). Take it out, put the cover on and leave to cool for 6-8 minutes.

  4. Make the glaze from the box as directed and tint it with 2 drops of pink colouring.

  5. Turn the cake out onto the cover and lift off the cone. Pour the glaze over, scatter with sprinkles straight away and serve.
