Dark Chocolate and Pear Crumble Cake
A small dessert cake with a crushed butter biscuit base and a chocolate, almond and coffee batter studded with diced pear. It cooks entirely in the microwave: the SuperSonic Chopper Tall makes the crumbs, and the MicroPro Grill with the Pro Ring sets the cake in 12 minutes.

Ingredients
Method
Put the biscuits in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade attachment, close and pull the cord until finely crushed. Add the melted butter and pull again until evenly mixed.
Set the Tupperware Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, tip in the crumbs and press them into an even layer with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula.
Break the chocolate into the Tupperware Micro Pitcher with the cream. Cover and microwave at full power (about 1,000 W) in 30-second bursts until melted, then whisk until glossy.
Peel the pear with the Tupperware Peeler and cut it into small dice.
In the Tupperware Mix-N-Stor Pitcher 2 l, whisk the egg and sugar, then whisk in the ground almonds, flour and instant coffee. Fold in the chocolate cream and the pear with the spatula.
Pour the batter over the biscuit base, put the cover on in the casserole position and microwave for 12 minutes at 50% power (about 450 W).
Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Run a thin spatula around the inside of the ring to lift it off, then slide the cake out of the MicroPro Grill.
