Tuna and Pistachio Bites

Method

  1. Drain the tuna and chop it in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra with the cream cheese, basil and olives until smooth. Chill for about 15 minutes.

  2. Fill the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the 3-round insert and press to form three logs.

  3. Finely chop the pistachios in the SuperSonic Chopper Compact. Cut each log at every mark and roll the pieces in the pistachios.

  4. Keep in the fridge and serve well chilled with gazpacho and toasts spread with tapenade.
