Two-Tone Vanilla and Cocoa Cookies
Crisp butter cookies made from one dough split in two, half left plain with vanilla and half flavoured with cocoa, then wound together. The Crousty Party presses each dough into even logs, so the two colours match in size when you pair them up.

Ingredients
Method
Beat the icing sugar and butter in the Tupperware Speedy Chef until creamy. Add the vanilla sugar, salt, the beaten egg yolk and the flour, and mix to a dough.
Divide the dough in half and work the cocoa powder into one half.
Fill the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the 3-round insert with the plain dough, dust with a little icing sugar and press.
Cut each log into 3 pieces with the spatula and chill for 20 minutes. Repeat with the cocoa dough.
Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F), fan setting. Once the doughs are firm, wrap one plain piece around one cocoa piece to form each cookie.
Space the cookies on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet set on the cold oven rack, brush with the egg white using the Tupperware Silicone Brush and bake for about 15 minutes.
