  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Put the vegetables in the Tupperware Wonderlier Bowl 8 3/4 cups (2.1 l) and pour the marinade over them.

  3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning the bowl upside down halfway through.
