Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400 °F (205 °C).

  2. Fill the Tupperware Microwave Pasta Maker with water to the maximum line, stir in the 2 tsp salt and the pasta, and microwave at full power (1000 W maximum) for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. Meanwhile, spread the radicchio, fennel, pears and parsnips in a single layer on the Tupperware Ultra Pro oven plate. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of the olive oil and sprinkle with some of the 3/4 tsp salt.

  4. Microwave the vegetables at full power for 3 minutes, then move the Ultra Pro into the oven and bake for about 7 minutes, until tender.

  5. In a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl large, whisk the remaining olive oil with the vinegar, garlic and the rest of the salt.

  6. Add the pasta, roasted vegetables and walnuts and toss to coat. Scatter the blue cheese on top and serve warm.
