  1. In a small Tupperware Wonderlier Bowl, combine the tuna, bell pepper, artichokes, parsley, capers, vinegar and lime juice.

  2. Scoop about 1 tbsp of flesh out of each avocado half to widen the hollow, stir it into the tuna and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Pile the tuna mixture into the avocado halves, garnish as you like and serve.
