  1. In a small bowl, mash the soft butter with the curry powder, lime zest and salt.

  2. Put the kernels on their own in the Tupperware WOW Pop Popcorn Maker and set the cover to open, with the vented side over the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave for about 3 minutes at full power (1,000 W maximum), staying close by. Stop when the pops are about 2 seconds apart; the time varies from one oven to another.

  4. Leave the cover open and shake out the unpopped kernels.

  5. Add the curry butter straight away, turn the cover to closed and shake gently for about 30 seconds, until the butter has melted. If it has not, microwave for 10-20 seconds at 50% power (about 500 W) and shake again.
