8 oz (225 g) cooked chicken breast
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (110 g) mayonnaise
3/4 cup (180 g) sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
Milk, if needed
Vegetable sticks, chips or crackers, to serve

Method

Cut the chicken breast into quarters and put them in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade. Close and pull the cord until the chicken is finely shredded.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and green onions, and season with salt and pepper.
Stir until evenly combined. If the dip is too stiff, loosen it with milk, 1 tbsp at a time.
Serve with vegetable sticks, chips or crackers.
