  1. Halve the tomatoes, scoop out the seeds and cut the flesh into small dice. Put the dice in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl Jr.

  2. Pile up the basil leaves, roll them tightly and slice into thin ribbons, then chop the ribbons finely and add them to the tomatoes.

  3. Put the shallot in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact, close it and pull the cord until finely chopped. Tip the shallot into the bowl, then peel the garlic and crush it over the bowl with the Tupperware Garlic Press.

  4. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, add the salt and stir well.

  5. Lay the baguette slices on a serving platter, spoon some of the tomato mixture onto each and finish with a little goat cheese. Serve straight away.
