Frozen Yogurt Donuts

Donut-shaped frozen treats: a thin shell of dark chocolate filled with Greek yogurt and chopped strawberries. The Silicone Ring Mould gives the ring shape and flexes enough to push the frozen donuts out without cracking the chocolate.

Method

  1. Put the chocolate and coconut oil in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 2 cups (500 ml) and microwave in 30-second bursts at 600 W, stirring after each, until melted.

  2. Share the chocolate between the cavities of the Tupperware Silicone Ring Mould, spreading it up the sides to form a shell. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.

  3. Stir the yogurt and strawberries together in a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl Jr.

  4. Spoon the yogurt into the chocolate shells, smooth the tops and tap the mould on the counter to level them.

  5. Freeze for about 45 minutes, until the yogurt is firm, then unmould and serve.
