Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and set two Tupperware Silicone Muffin Moulds on a baking sheet.

  2. Mix the flour and sugar in a medium bowl, then add the eggs, vanilla, milk and melted butter and stir until smooth. Fill the cavities using the medium Portioning Scoop.

  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until a toothpick in the centre comes out clean, and leave to cool.

  4. For the frosting, put the cream cheese, softened butter and maple syrup in the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef, close it and turn the handle in gear II until smooth.

  5. Spread or pipe the frosting over the cooled cupcakes and decorate as you like.
