Method

  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).

  2. Lay the pastry on the Tupperware Croissants Party and dampen the centre with water. Arrange the ham slices on top, overlapping them and keeping the centre clear.

  3. Cut pastry and ham together along the guides into 8 large or 16 small triangles.

  4. Scatter the Gruyère over the ham at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up the croissants and brush them with the egg wash.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden.
