Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Pour the water into the base of the Tupperware Micro Urban Family, add the flaked cod and the potatoes to the steamer and cook for about 20 minutes at 900 W. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then mash everything together.

  2. Dry the mash out by microwaving it uncovered for about 4 minutes at 360 W, stirring halfway through.

  3. Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley leaves in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact.

  4. Add the chopped mixture, the eggs, salt and pepper to the cod mash and combine well with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula.

  5. Fill the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the rectangle insert and press. Push out the last of the mixture with the thin silicone spatula, then cut the strip into even pieces, about 20 in all.

  6. Heat the oil in a deep sauté pan and fry the fritters, without turning them, until golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
