Method

  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).

  2. Cut the pastry on the Tupperware Croissants Party along the guides into 8 large or 16 small triangles and moisten the centre with a little water.

  3. Mix the crab with the Emmental, salt and pepper, and spoon it onto the wide end of each triangle, over the hollows.

  4. Roll up the croissants, brush them with the egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 20 minutes.
