  1. In a small bowl, mash the softened butter with the salt and hot sauce.

  2. Put the kernels, with nothing else, in the Tupperware WOW Popcorn Maker. Set the cover in the open position, with its vented side lined up over the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave on high power (1000 W maximum) for about 3 minutes, staying close by. Stop as soon as the pops are about 2 seconds apart; depending on your microwave this can take a little more or less than 3 minutes.

  4. With the cover still open, shake the unpopped kernels out through the holes in the base.

  5. Add the spiced butter to the hot popcorn straight away, turn the cover to the closed position and shake gently for about 30 seconds, until the butter has melted. If it has not fully melted, microwave for 20 seconds at 50% power (500 W) and shake again.
