Homemade Cheese Crackers
Small square crackers made from a simple dough of shredded cheese, flour and butter, crisp and savoury once cooled. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra rubs the butter into the flour and cheese without warming it, and the rimmed Silicone Baking Sheet is used to wrap the dough while it chills.

Method
Put the cheese, flour, butter and salt in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with the blade. Close and pull the cord until the mixture looks like coarse sand.
Add the water and keep pulling the cord until the dough begins to clump.
Turn the dough out onto the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim and knead lightly to bring it together. Shape a flat disc, roll the silicone sheet around it and chill for 20 minutes.
Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Roll the dough out thinly and mark it into 1 in (2.5 cm) squares with a butter knife.
Separate the squares, spread them out and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden. They crisp as they cool.
Let cool completely, then serve or store in an airtight container.
