  1. In a small bowl, mash the soft butter with the cayenne and salt.

  2. Put the kernels in the Tupperware WOW Popcorn Maker with nothing else. Turn the cover to the open position, lining up its vented side with the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave on high power, 1000 W maximum, for about 3 minutes, staying close by. Stop as soon as there are about 2 seconds between pops; the time varies with the oven.

  4. Leave the cover open and shake out any unpopped kernels.

  5. Add the spiced butter to the hot popcorn straight away, turn the cover to the closed position and shake gently for about 30 seconds until the butter has melted. If it has not, microwave for 5 seconds and shake again.
