Method

  1. Chop the mint finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact. Remove the blade, add the softened butter, sugar and lime zest and mix with a thin silicone spatula.

  2. Put the kernels, and nothing else, in the Tupperware WOW Popcorn Maker. Set the cover in the open position, with its vented side over the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave on high for up to 3 minutes, in an oven of no more than 1000 W. Stay close and stop as soon as there are about 2 seconds between pops; depending on your microwave this may take a little more or less than 3 minutes.

  4. With the cover still open, shake out the unpopped kernels. Add the mint butter straight away, turn the cover to the closed position and shake gently for about 30 seconds, until the butter has melted.

  5. If some butter is still solid, microwave for 10 to 20 seconds at 600 W and shake again. For extra crunch, microwave for 20 seconds at 600 W with the cover off, then close it and shake for about 10 seconds.
