  1. Lay the pita in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, put the cover on in grill position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes.

  2. Open, top the pita with the mozzarella and strawberries, and put the cover back in casserole position. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 1 minute more.

  3. Slide onto a plate, scatter with the arugula and feta, drizzle with balsamic glaze and eat right away.
