  1. Wrap the shredded potato in a microfiber towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible, then pat dry.

  2. Whisk the egg with the salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Add the potato and flour and mix until evenly combined.

  3. Set the Tupperware Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and press half of the potato mixture into it. Put the cover on in the grill position and microwave at 70% power (700 W) for 8 minutes.

  4. Lift off the Pro Ring, turn the hash brown over and replace the cover in the grill position. Microwave at 70% power (700 W) for 5 minutes more.

  5. Cook the rest of the mixture the same way and serve hot.
