Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).

  2. Roll the pizza dough out thinly and cut it into four equal rectangles. Place a slice of mozzarella and a quarter of the ham in the middle of each one.

  3. Beat the egg with the water using the Tupperware Whisk and brush it around the edges of the dough. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal.

  4. Set the pockets seam side down on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden. Leave to cool completely, then freeze in freezer containers for up to 2 weeks.

  5. To serve, put a frozen pocket in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, set the cover on top in grill position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 3 to 4 minutes. Eat hot.
