Method

  1. Pour the almond milk into the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl Jr, add the eggs, maple syrup and vanilla, and whisk until evenly blended.

  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt, then whisk again until the batter is smooth with no dry pockets.

  3. Melt a little of the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Drop in the batter with the medium Tupperware Portioning Scoop, leaving room between the pancakes, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the undersides are set and golden.

  4. Turn the pancakes and cook for about 2 minutes more. Keep them warm while you cook the rest of the batter, adding butter to the pan as needed, and serve with the toppings of your choice.
