Method

  1. Lay the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a baking tray and arrange the crackers side by side in neat rows in the centre.

  2. Put the butter in the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker 1.75 l casserole and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 1 minute, until melted.

  3. Whisk in both sugars and the cream. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 6 minutes, stopping every 2 minutes to whisk. Whisk in the extract.

  4. Pour the caramel evenly over the crackers and sprinkle with the salt. Leave to set for 15-20 minutes, then break into pieces.
