Yogurt Brunch Cake

A three-ingredient ring cake: a boxed cake mix in any flavour, with Greek yogurt and water in place of the usual eggs and oil. The Silicone Bundt Form gives the classic fluted shape and releases the cake cleanly without greasing.

  1. Take the rack out of the oven and set it aside, then heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

  2. Put the cake mix, yogurt and water in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl medium and beat with the Tupperware Whisk until smooth.

  3. Pour the batter into the Tupperware Silicone Bundt Form and level the top. Lift the mould and tap it gently on the counter to release air bubbles.

  4. Set the mould on the oven rack, slide it into the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick pushed into the centre comes out clean.

  5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before turning out.
