Avocado Fudge Pops

Chocolate ice pops with a fudgy texture that comes from ripe avocado instead of cream. The SuperSonic Chopper Tall purées the avocado and blends in the chocolate, cocoa and almond milk with a few pulls of the cord, and the Lollitup moulds shape and seal the pops for the freezer.

Method

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade attachment. Cover and pull the cord until it is puréed.

  2. Add the almond milk, melted chocolate, cocoa, powdered sugar and coconut oil. Keep pulling the cord until the mixture is completely smooth, with no lumps.

  3. Fill the Tupperware Lollitup moulds and tap them on the counter to release air bubbles. Seal and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
