Banana Nice Cream

  1. Take the bananas out of the freezer 12 to 15 minutes before starting so they soften slightly.

  2. Put 4 to 6 banana chunks in the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra, cover and pull the cord to break them down. Pour milk through the funnel whenever the cord gets hard to pull, and keep adding chunks and pulling until all the banana is smooth.

  3. Remove the cover and blade. Stir in the cinnamon, cocoa or cayenne if using, or serve plain with your favourite toppings.
