  1. Cook the rice ahead of time and measure out 3 1/2 cups (about 560 g).

  2. In the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker, stir the rice, raisins, sugar, milk and vanilla until evenly mixed.

  3. Lock the cover in place and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 16 minutes.

  4. Take the cooker out of the microwave and let it stand for about 10 minutes, until the pressure has dropped and the valve indicator is down.

  5. Open the cover and stir in the cream. Dust with cinnamon just before serving, warm or chilled.
