Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Put the butter in the Tupperware Voilà glass square baking dish and place it in the oven until the butter melts.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, then stir in the milk and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring. Scatter the berries evenly on top and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tbsp sugar.

  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, or at room temperature straight from the dish.
