Baby's First Purée

Method

  1. Pour the water into the base (water reservoir) of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker and set the shielded colander on top. Add the vegetable or fruit, cover with the shielded cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 10 minutes.

  2. Transfer the cooked produce to the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade attachment. Add 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp (150 ml) of the cooking water from the base.

  3. Cover and pull the cord until the purée reaches the texture you want, adding up to 1 tbsp (15 ml) more water if needed.

  4. Spoon 1 tbsp (1/2 oz / 15 g) of purée into each cube of the Tupperware Fresh & Pure Ice Tray. Cover and freeze for up to 14 days.
