Method
Put the corn husks in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl large, cover with warm water and leave to soak for at least 2 hours.
In a large Tupperware mixing bowl, whisk the masa flour, salt, bouillon powder and baking powder. Work in the lard and salsa roja.
Add the stock one cup (250 ml) at a time, mixing well after each, then keep kneading until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. To test it, drop a small piece into a cup of water: it should float. If it sinks, keep beating.
Drain a husk, spread a large scoop of dough thinly over it with a spatula, then add a medium scoop of filling and a small scoop of salsa. Fold the sides of the husk over the filling and fold the narrow end down. Repeat until all the dough and husks are used.
Pour 400 ml (1 3/4 cups) water into the base of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker. Stand 6 to 8 tamales in the shielded colander, set it on the base and cover. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 12 minutes, then leave to stand for 5 minutes. Repeat with fresh water until all the tamales are cooked.
Leave to cool slightly before unwrapping and serving.
