  1. In a small bowl, mix the green onions, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/2 tsp salt and the pepper.

  2. Fill the base of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker with water up to the steaming line, set the shielded colander inside and the shallow colander on top. Lay the fillets in the shallow colander and spread the green onion mixture over them.

  3. Put on the shielded cover and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 9 minutes. Lift the fish onto a serving dish.

  4. In the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 500 ml (2 cups), stir all the sauce ingredients together. Microwave at full power (1000 W) for 1 1/2 minutes, stir, pour over the fish and serve warm.
