  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

  2. Put the carrots and all the other ingredients in the medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, close the seal and shake until the carrots are evenly coated.

  3. Set the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim on a metal baking sheet and spread the carrots over it in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes, until tender with lightly browned edges. Serve straight away.
