+ Tupperware Mandoline, Tupperware Mixing bowl

Ingredients

4pieces

Method

  1. Lock the food guide into the Tupperware Mandoline and set it over a Tupperware Thatsa medium bowl. Grate the florets using the plunger, measuring as you go, until you have about 1 cup. Grate the cheddar into the same bowl.

  2. Add the egg, garlic powder and salt and whisk to combine. Divide into 4 equal portions.

  3. Put one portion in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and flatten it with a spatula. Set the cover in the casserole position and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 5 minutes.

  4. Using oven gloves, take out the grill, turn the tortilla with the spatula and set the cover in the grill position. Microwave 3 minutes more at full power, then slide onto a plate. Cook the remaining portions the same way.
