Blueberry Oat Crumble

  1. In a Tupperware Thatsa medium bowl, stir the blueberries with 1/4 cup (30 g) of the flour, the granulated sugar and the lemon juice.

  2. In a second bowl, mix the remaining flour with the butter, brown sugar, oats and vanilla until clumpy. Scatter over the berries, then tip everything into the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill.

  3. Set the cover in the casserole position and microwave at full power (1000 W) for 15 minutes.

  4. Leave to stand for 5 minutes so the juices thicken slightly, then serve warm.
