Banana Pecan Cake
A moist banana cake with chopped pecans and a hint of cinnamon, baked in the microwave instead of the oven. The SuperSonic Chopper Tall chops the nuts, mashes the bananas and creams the butter, and the cone insert of the TupperWave Stack Cooker casserole lets the ring of batter cook evenly in under 8 minutes.

Method
Grease and flour the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker 3 qt (3 l) casserole with the cone insert in place.
Put the pecans in the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade attachment, cover and pull the cord until roughly chopped. Tip them into a medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl.
Add the bananas, cream and cinnamon to the chopper, cover and pull the cord until the bananas are finely mashed and blended. Add them to the bowl with the pecans.
Swap the blade attachment for the paddle. Put the butter and sugar in the chopper, cover and pull the cord until well blended. Add the eggs, vanilla, milk, salt and baking soda and pull the cord again until smooth.
Scrape the butter mixture into the bowl with the bananas, then fold in the flour until no dry streaks remain.
Spread the batter in the casserole and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 7 minutes 30 seconds.
Take the casserole out of the microwave and let the cake stand for 2 minutes before slicing.
