Mini Cereal Cheesecakes
Individual cheesecakes with a crunchy crust made from your favourite breakfast cereal and a light, tangy cream cheese filling that sets in the freezer. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra grinds the cereal, and the Silicone Muffin Form lets each cheesecake peel out in one piece.

Ingredients
Method
Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Set aside 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the cereal for decoration.
Put the rest of the cereal in the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with the blade and pull the cord until finely ground.
Tip the crumbs into a bowl and stir in the melted butter until evenly moistened. Divide between the cavities of the Tupperware Silicone Muffin Form and press down firmly with the bottom of a small cup to form the crusts. Set the form on a metal baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
In the base of the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, sour cream and salt, and turn the handle on gear II until light and smooth.
Place the cooled form in the large shallow Tupperware Freezer Mate. Spoon the filling over the crusts, level the tops and scatter over the reserved cereal. Seal and freeze for 2 to 4 hours, until set. Peel back the silicone to unmould just before serving.
