Method

  1. Melt the butter in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher at full power (1000 W maximum) for about 30 seconds, then let it cool slightly.

  2. Add the egg and vanilla and beat them in with the Tupperware Whisk.

  3. Put the sugar in the Tupperware Thatsa Medium Bowl and sift the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder over it. Pour in the butter mixture and stir with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula into an even batter.

  4. Set the Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and pour the batter inside. Put the lid on in the casserole position and microwave for 8 minutes at 50% power (500 W).

  5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then loosen the brownie from the ring with the spatula and lift it out of the grill. Let it cool completely before cutting.
