Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the mushrooms, onion, garlic and green onions for about 5 minutes, until soft. Season with the salt and pepper, take off the heat and leave to cool completely.

  2. Put the beans in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with the blade, close and pull the cord until roughly mashed.

  3. In a Tupperware Thatsa medium bowl, mix the mashed beans with the cooled vegetables and the panko. Divide into 4 portions and shape each into a patty.

  4. Cook the patties two at a time in the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, cover in the grill position, at full power (1000 W) for 6 to 8 minutes, until done to your liking.

  5. Serve each patty on two lettuce leaves with your chosen toppings.
